Real People. Real Relationships. Real God

At The Garden Church, we strive to be intentional with our relationships with one another and building relationships in the community

Matthew 22: 36-40
       Romans 12:3-21

Matthew 22:36-40

"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commands."

Why the Name: "The Garden Church"?

  • --  We are "planted" by establishing a relationship with God through Jesus.  (John 14:6)

  • --  To solidify our roots, we grow deeper with Jesus as our foundation and the Holy Spirit as our guide. We grow in our faith through worship, studying scripture, and serving both individually and as part of the community of believers day by day.        (Acts 2: 42-47)

  • --  As we remain in the Lord, we become more fruitful as He transforms our hearts and minds.  (John 15:1-8, Romans 12: 1-2)

  • --  We continue to plant seeds and serve our community through discipleship and sharing God's truth. (Matthew 28:16-20,   Acts 1:8)

What We Believe

  • -- The Bible is God's sacred word, absolute and perfect. It is infallible, and we are to use it for "teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness."  (2 Timothy 3:16-17, Romans 15:4, Isaiah 55:11, Hebrews 4:12-13)

  • -- Salvation comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the one and ONLY way to redemption. (Acts 4:12, John 14:6)

  • -- The Trinity is comprised of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
